INKU SPHERE

INKU Sphere is a London-based contemporary art platform dedicated to advancing artistic practices that address social wellbeing, psychological resilience, and the evolving emotional landscape of our time.

We support artists whose work engages with themes such as identity, healing, care, and community, emphasizing art’s critical role in shaping healthier cultural environments. Through exhibitions, research-led programmes, and cross-regional collaborations, INKU Sphere fosters meaningful dialogue between artists, audiences, and institutions in both Europe and Asia.

MISSION

• Curatorial Research — Developing projects that investigate how art responds to societal pressures and collective emotional needs.
• Artist Development — Providing professional opportunities that expand visibility, mobility, and sustainability for emerging and mid-career artists.
• Public Engagement — Creating accessible platforms for audiences to encounter contemporary art as a space of understanding, reflection, and change.

OUR NAME

INKU derives its name from the word “ink,” symbolising cultural continuity, expression, and the necessity of leaving visible traces in the world.

Guided by this concept, we aim to cultivate supportive ecosystems where artists can grow, where care becomes a cultural value, and where art contributes to a more resilient society.
